Life can get so heavy that giving up starts to feel like the only option. But your darkest moment is not the end of your story. God is close to the brokenhearted, your life has value, and you do not have to fight alone. Reach out, ask for help, and hold on—even if all you have left is enough strength to whisper, “Jesus, help me.”

Rejection hurts, especially when it leaves you wondering what went wrong or whether something is wrong with you. And when God feels quiet in the middle of that pain, it can be easy to wonder if God has rejected you too. But people’s rejection is not God’s rejection. Even when you don’t understand the why, God is still near, still faithful, and still with you through the unanswered questions.

Distraction Doesn't Always Look Dangerous
