Good morning!
When God says go… just go.
Church yesterday brought up a powerful topic, and it’s something every single one of us needs to hear. We all have a calling. Not just pastors. Not just people on stages. All of us. Every believer is called to help Jesus gather lost souls (Matthew 28:19–20).
And that doesn’t always mean preaching behind a pulpit.
It can look like a simple smile.
A conversation with a stranger.
Starting a faith-based business.
Posting videos.
Encouraging someone who’s struggling.
It all matters.
But let’s be real—we hesitate.
We get anxious. We overthink.
“I’m not good enough.”
“I don’t know the Bible like that.”
“Who’s going to listen to me?”
I’ve been there too.
I make videos and post, and while I feel more confident now than I did a year ago, I still catch myself thinking they could be better. Like I need to be more polished, more knowledgeable, more ready.
But something clicked after service yesterday…
Where I am right now is where God wants me.
Not later. Not when I “improve.”
Right now.
And the same goes for you.
Moses didn’t feel ready (Exodus 4:10–12).
Jeremiah thought he was too young (Jeremiah 1:6–8).
But God still said go.
So that means it’s not about being perfect—it’s about being willing.
You don’t have to know everything to lead someone to Jesus or be a Bible scholar to pray for someone. You don’t have to have it all together to make an impact.
Jesus said we would do what He did—and even greater (John 14:12). That’s not based on our perfection. That’s based on our obedience.
And let’s talk about anxiety for a second.
That feeling that tells you to stay quiet, stay comfortable, don’t speak up—that’s not from God. God gave us power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). So don’t let anxiety win.
Step out anyway.
Talk to that stranger if it feels right.
Pray over someone if you feel led.
And if the moment passes—pray for them later in your own time.
Just don’t ignore the nudge.
God is calling all of us to do our part. Not perfectly. Not flawlessly. But faithfully.
So when He says go…
Just go.
If you want to hear the full message from church, it’s definitely worth your time—they break it down even deeper:
God loves you.
I love you.
Have an amazing day!

Prayer
Lord, thank You for calling me even when I feel unqualified. Help me to stop overthinking and start obeying. Give me boldness to step out when You say go, even if I feel nervous or unsure. Teach me to trust that You can use me exactly where I am right now. Lead my words, guide my actions, and let my life point people back to You. In Jesus’ name,
Amen.
