Refunds & Returns Policy
God’s Grace Studios LLC operates as a print-on-demand and custom design business. Each item is created specifically for each order, which means products are made one at a time and are unique.
Because of this, returns and exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, design, or simply changing your mind.
Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we are happy to help.
- You must contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Please provide clear photos showing the issue
- There is no need to return the damaged item
Once the issue is verified, we will offer either:
- A free replacement, or
- A refund, depending on the situation
If multiple items from the same order are affected, we may request an additional photo or short video showing all affected items together for confirmation.
Items Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement
Refunds or reprints will not be issued for:
- Incorrect size or color selected by the customer
- Design approval errors after final confirmation
- Minor print placement variations (up to 0.5″ tolerance for DTG products)
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If an order is returned due to an unsuccessful delivery (such as an incorrect address), customers may choose:
- A reprint with additional shipping costs, or
- A partial refund, excluding original shipping fees
Custom Orders & Deposits
Custom orders are subject to our Custom Order Policy.
- A $30 non-refundable design deposit is required before custom work begins
- The deposit is credited toward the final order total once the order is approved and placed
- Design deposits are non-refundable if the order is not completed
No custom work will begin without the required deposit.
