📖 Daily Devotional — “Nothing Is Impossible for God”

Luke 1:37

📖 Verse

“For with God nothing [is or ever] shall be impossible.”
— Luke 1:37

💭 Reflection

This verse was spoken by the angel Gabriel to Mary…
but it wasn’t just for her.
It’s a truth that echoes across every generation and every believer:

⭐ Nothing is impossible for God.

Not then.
Not now.
Not ever.

But here’s the part we often misunderstand:

Just because nothing is impossible for God

doesn’t mean He does everything we want Him to do.

Why?

Because God is still honoring:

• free will
• prophecy that must be fulfilled
• the return of Jesus already set in motion
• promises made long before we were born

He wants to end all evil today.
He wants to stop every heartbreak.
He wants to heal every wound.

But Scripture tells us the path this world must walk before Christ returns.
God will not violate His own Word.

And that’s where the struggle comes in.
Because sometimes we hurt.
Sometimes we cry out,
“God, why?”
Sometimes it feels like God is silent.
Sometimes it feels like we’ve been abandoned.

I’ve been there too.

But let me tell you the truth:

⭐ God hasn’t left you.

⭐ God hasn’t forgotten you.

⭐ God hasn’t turned His back on you.

In fact…
He is waiting on you.

Waiting for what?

Waiting for you to come back to Him.
Waiting for you to hand Him the pain you’ve been carrying.
Waiting for you to take that first tiny step of faith.
Waiting to show you that He can use even this for good.

God didn’t cause the pain you lived through —
but He WILL redeem it if you let Him.

You may not understand His timing.
You may not understand His “no.”
You may not understand His silence.

But His heart has never changed.

He loves you.

Jesus loves you.

You are not abandoned.

You are part of a story far bigger than the pain you feel today.

So today, simply tell God—
out loud, quietly, or in your heart—

“Lord, here’s what I need…
and here’s the little bit of faith I do have.”

That’s all He asks for:
a mustard seed…
a whisper…
a willingness.

And He will meet you there.

Have an amazing and blessed day, my friends.
Nothing is impossible for God.

Lord, thank You that nothing is impossible for You.
Thank You for loving us even when we don’t understand Your ways.
Help us trust Your timing, Your plan, and Your heart.
Use our pain, redeem our stories, and draw us closer today.
