💭 Reflection

Be honest — you’ve asked this question.
Maybe quietly. Maybe out loud.

Why me?

Why me when God is blessing me and showing me growth?
Why me when God puts a mission on my heart?
Why me when the storms keep hitting one after another?

Why do I deserve this?

I can’t fully answer that — but here’s some truth to think about.

God chooses exactly who He needs for a mission.
If God placed something on your heart that you know is from Him, then you are not a mistake. You are the right person for the job.

Yes, it will stretch you.
Yes, it will disrupt your routine.
Yes, it will push you out of your comfort zone.

None of us really like that — but it will be worth it.

Now let’s talk about the other Why me?

Why the storms?
Why the hurt?
Why does it feel like it never ends?

Two things to consider:

1️⃣ Some storms come from our own choices.
We make mistakes. We fall short. And sometimes we deal with the consequences.

2️⃣ The enemy knows God’s plans for you.
And he will attack. He wants you distracted, discouraged, and defeated.

But here’s the truth that changes everything:

BUT GOD.

God will turn your pain into purpose.
God will turn your loss into testimony.
God will turn your storms into something incredible.

Follow Him.
Trust Him.
Give Him everything.

And watch what He does.

Praise God for His goodness.

🙏 Prayer

Father God, today we bring You our questions, our doubts, and our pain.
When we ask “Why me?”, remind us that You don’t make mistakes.
Strengthen us when the storms hit.
Forgive us where we have fallen short.
Protect us from the enemy’s attacks.
And help us trust that You are working all things together for good.

We surrender our lives, our plans, and our fears to You.
Use us how You see fit.
