📖 Daily Devotional — “Come & Rest”

Matthew 11:28
“Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”

💭 Reflection

I woke up with this verse pressing on my heart, and I don’t think it was for no reason. Maybe you need this today.

Jesus is here.
He is knocking on the door of your heart.
He is sitting right beside you — even if you feel a million miles away.
And even if you drifted… He’s only one step behind you.

Maybe today you feel broken.
Lost.
Confused.
Hurt.
Scared.
Like life keeps swinging at you and you’re out of strength.
I know that feeling — because I’ve lived it.

But listen…
When the devil attacks you that hard, it’s because you carry something powerful inside you. You have a mission on your life, a calling from God, and the enemy will do anything to pull you off the path.

But here is the good news:
Jesus gives rest. Real rest. Soul rest.
He lifts burdens you weren’t meant to carry.
He meets you right where you are — not where you think you “should” be.

If life is beating you down today, come to Him.
Let Him carry what you can’t.
Let Him give you the rest your soul is starving for.

Jesus, I come to You.
I bring every burden, every fear, every mistake, every worry.
For anyone reading this who feels lost or overwhelmed — pull them close.
Let them feel Your peace, Your strength, and Your love.
Show them the rest only You can provide.
Save the hurting, lift the weary, and restore the broken today.
In Your holy name, amen.
